Hello, hello, hello. This is Gresh from the I AM CEO Podcast. And this is a special episode of our I AM CEO Podcast.

And this is actually going to be a snippet of a snippet, so to speak. I'm just doing an intro because I've been starting to document my journey into starting what is now called Blue Star Franchise.

We're also going to do a kind of sub site within CB Nation called Franchise CEO. So you'll see some links in the show notes related to that.

But just wanted to give you a little bit more insight, give you a little bit more color in some of the aspects of why I'm actually doing this.

Because one of the things I was doing as I was going through training to start up this new business was realizing and hearing from the founder of FBA, the Franchise Brokers Association, that it'd be really cool to document your journey going through and building this out.

I think it's something that would be super helpful, obviously for people that are looking for and thinking about starting franchises.

But frankly, if you're starting anything, any type of business, I think it's really cool to kind of just even see the journey and how it's been going from there.

So I'm going to share a few of those snippets from the, from the first couple of videos that have been created.

But definitely, of course, subscribe to our YouTube, check out a lot more where I figure out exactly where we're going to post this.

So I'll have that information that's available to you. But regardless, if you're a builder, continue to keep building, continue to do your thing.

The world definitely needs exactly what you're trying to build and needs you to be your unique self.

So make sure to run your own race, because nobody can run your race like you. This is Gresh signing out. I hope you have a phenomenal rest of the day.

Just like that is day 181. And I have my baby that's here. A little man who's making some noise.

Not happy that I'm recording. He wants me to not give anybody else attention but him.

But with that being said, it's day 181 of this franchise broker journey. And I'm actually traveling to a discovery day.

So I have mixed emotions, honestly, about traveling to this guy really, because for one, leaving this little guy behind, but two, it's just going to be a big week of transition.

It's been a big month, us traveling for a week to us being settled in to the wife, the missus getting sick.

So, now leaving and she going back to work and now he's smiling. Yeah baby so it's just a a moment of transition that we have so we're just kind of working through everything.

So I felt like this isn't the best time to necessarily travel but she set it up in January and now we're here I don't think, I am not a good scheduler or planner of things so sometimes it's a challenge for me just to kind of understand all those things.

I actually booked a podcast for tomorrow, and I'm not even going to be able to be there because, I don't know, for some reason I thought I would have more time.

I would be able to record wherever I was, but it looks like, they gave us an agenda. The agenda is up till like five o'clock.

So what does that mean? That means not going to be able to do the interviews that I thought I was going to do.

And, you just have to roll with the punches and try to reschedule. One was the schedule, the other one I'm trying to get rescheduled.

But I literally sent that out on Friday because I didn't realize it. We just literally got our schedule the week before.

So, with that being said, it's just you just kind of roll with the punches, do what you can do and take it as you can.

But, I'm definitely going to miss this little guy. I'm going to miss my family. I know it's just basically like a day or so. We leave on Sunday, I come back Tuesday.

So it's really just Monday. I'm going to be out and about. But again, like during this time where he's going through a little bit of a sleep regression.

It's important, but as you hear, he's not a happy camper. He's trying to move around.

At first he was happy, but now he's not so much happy because he wants the attention. Right, baby?

But, this is the raw recording of what life has kind of been like where, you start to do something and literally, it gets taken for a curve-ball.

So you just continue to kind of move with the punches. One of the things I really have to work on is getting my thinking clear. My thinking's not been in a place that I think is going to help me to get better.

So I really have to work on that thinking and continue to work through that and make that happen.

As a little one, it's not as happy. I'll probably do a couple more recordings when I land. Just get settled in at the hotel get ready for dinner tonight.

And then we also have some other things in the definitely full day Monday while we're doing that full day Monday.

I'm also supposed to be doing team meetings I had no idea what the schedule was going to be so again just kind of rolling with the punches doing what I can and then ultimately kind of take it from there.
